🔹Step 1: Coarse Grit (Yellow)
Typical grit: 50#‑100#. The first levelling step. Remove heavy imperfections, deep scratches and uneven spots on stone surface. Level rough slabs and prepare base surface for further fine polishing. Suitable for raw slab grinding, old stone surface restoration, deep scratch repair.
🔹Step 2: Medium Grit (Teal‑Blue)
Typical grit: 200#‑400#. Follow‑up after coarse grinding. Eliminate medium scratches left from step 1, refine surface texture, smooth out coarse grinding marks and create fine base for high‑gloss finishing.
🔹Step 3: Fine Grit (Orange)
Typical grit: 800#‑3000# and above. Final mirror polishing stage. Clear remaining micro fine scratches, enhance natural stone color and bring out brilliant mirror reflective shine for finished stone products.
