PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

  • Diamond saw blade used to Concrete and asphalt groover / shaver / channel cutter, Suitable fixed on special machine for creating rebates in floor slabs for joint repairs. Also anti skid for cow sheds and dairy farms. also works on highways, runways and in warehousing when demarcation lines have to be recessed for durability and longer life. Also fine non slip rib lines on pedestrian walkways, station platforms and similar.
  • The range of diamond tooling be fixed on concrete floor shaver can shave or groove concrete and asphalt. Any configuration of groove or channel can be formed using the wide range of spacers available.
  • Epoxy screeds and coatings can be removed by assembling a full width drum of diamond tools. Specially designed diamond tools for use in “Farmyard Grooving“ result in anti-slip easy to clean surfaces while the variable spacer system permits any groove pattern to be achieved.
  • Wider and deeper grooves are possible with diamond saw blade than can be achieved with traditional tungsten tipped cutters. The diamond saw blade also creates far lower levels of noise and vibration and potential creates fewer problems to the concrete slab.
